Sometimes, it's just nice to stop, wherever you are, and breathe. It doesn't have to be for long. Even a few minutes of "stopping" is wonderfully beneficial. We have become so obsessed with our inner satisfaction that we have begun to lose our connection to the outside world. Life is incredibly hectic and it always feels like we have something to do. But, sometimes it's necessary to take time to reconnect with the world around us, and in turn you'd be surprised how much inner peace that brings. Here are a few pieces inspired by my short moments of reflection as of late.
